Uninterruptedly since 2009, SIL-PRO blocks produced at the plant in Godzikowice near Wroclaw have been winning more and more satisfied customers. In 2019, the development of the SIL-PRO brand resulted in the launch of production at a new plant in New Modlin near Warsaw.

QUALITY CONTROL

To ensure the highest quality of our product, our offer includes constant internal and external inspection of silicate blocks produced by SIL-PRO. Control at every production stage

STAGE I

Detailed inspection of the supplied raw materials necessary to make the highest quality product.

STAGE II

It’s a fully automated, high-tech process that allows detailed inspection of semi-finished and finished products at every production stage. This ensures that any deviations from established guidelines and standards are immediately handled.

STAGE III

Each batch of manufactured blocks undergoes multi-stage testing in the laboratory, which involves, among other things:

• weighing the block – determining its density class
• checking the compression class of the block
• careful inspection of the block dimension

After passing all the checkpoints, the product is sent to the packaging plant and then to the sales department.

In addition, once a year, an external inspection unit conducts a detailed examination of the silicate blocks produced at our production facility.
